ORDERING

To place an order for semen, print out the Semen Order Form that outlines the conditions of sale for frozen semen. Send this completed form along with full payment to the address above. Your order will be confirmed as soon as the paperwork is received.

If you are purchasing semen that originated in the United Kingdom, you must also print out the Producer Agreement Form. This form, along with proof of your enrollment in the Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program must accompany your order.
